I had a fantastic experience at Pera Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Pera was so gentle and thorough, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my appointment. The office is clean and comfortable. Plus, it’s clear that the entire staff is passionate about what they do. I also appreciated how clearly they explained everything and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend to anyone in Philly looking for a trustworthy, family-run dental practice!

I am continually impressed by the level of care I receive at Pera Dentistry. Dr. Sal, Dr. Louis, and Dr. Maria are always kind, thorough, prompt, and professional. I never feel rushed and I always feel like my dental concerns are heard and addressed. I also have been getting my forehead Botox from Dr. Louis for the past year or so and the results always turn out excellent. Could not recommend Pera Dentistry more.

Love Dr. Pera’s office, both Dr. Sal and Dr. Lou are wonderful. Maria at the front desk is soo sweet and accommodating. The doctors take their time explaining everything in detail. They are knowledgeable and professional. I felt at ease after speaking with the dentist. My cleaning experience with hygienist, Heather went well. She is gentle and did a thorough job. Would definitely recommend Pera dentistry, a very pleasant experience!

Been seeing Dr. Salvatore Pera for 35 years now and his chair side manor is the best I’ve ever experienced! He explains what is going to be done and notices if you need a break etc. I don’t feel the needle, I never have felt the needle when he numbs me and he’s the only dentist that I’ve experienced that. Also for my family he has extracted a tooth roots and all in 2 different adults and they both were shocked when he showed them the tooth, that it was that easy and not full of pain for them. They really expected it to be so painful and it wasn’t. He also did my crown 35 years ago and it’s still going strong.
I highly recommend him and his family as I have recommended him to others all these years. I have had other dentists but I prefer him and have traveled halfway across the state to see him when I moved away. He is that worth it. My kids even had a sigh of relief when I switched them to him cause their previous dentist left them dreading all dental work. They gave him rave reviews to me after their first visits in comparison. Now they don’t worry before a dental appointment cause they know there is better treatment out there and it depends on the dentists skills and Dr. Pera has the Skills for sure.

Genuinely, I can't remember the last time I enjoyed going to the dentist until I started going here. Not only is everyone who works here some of the kindest, most down-to-earth people, but the quality of dental work is next level. This is the kind of place you go to for generations.
